Also a little bit news about the fragments. After what I've exprienced and a friend of mine the fragments are still as rare as anywhere else. (or we're just having some really bad luck, lol)
By looking at the time it has been here, and the ''rates'' of the fragments. I guess forever. There has also been rumors about more items to be released that you can get with fragments. Tobad I cant say for sure..
Actually, this "Fragment of time" event is not really an event, I'd rather call it an update. The chance to get those fragments is still the same as before (really low), but apparently, the items available for Nell will stay there forever (or at least, they didn't put dates when you have the possibility to create those items so I guess they'll stay here for a long time, unless stated otherwise).
PS: with these fragments, you can do Nell's SSAF as well as his/her little devil wings (the ones that work like a feather) and you can change the color of her/his feather.
As for the fragments, I could find some for 20k before the update, and I didn't buy them. Right after Pangya JP announced that, the prices of the fragments sky-rocketed (not only on Pangya JP, but also on other versions like Pangya US). And now, the prices are slowly going down. Of course, they cost in average 150-250k, but that's not as much as what they cost right after the announcement!
So we just have to wait to see their prices decrease... but if Pangya JP were to announce next that Nell's Magical Set will be available in the Cauldron (or even worse, his/her Fairy Wings!), I can't even imagine the price of these fragments... So the prices are not really set by the players, but more by the way Gamepot will use the cauldron and the fragments of time...
I would like to know, this fragment event is temporary or it'll be forever at the cauldron?
