Now, there's a funny story about this. When I got the news letter I translated the text but it said Pangya X Sea monkey.. It couldn't be ''Sea Monkey'' I thought. Then, someone commented the real name (thank you!). After that I translated the word ''Umizaru''. Guess what happend? Umizaru = Sea monkey! LMAO!

So, yeah, its Pangya X Umizaru, its about a guy who works as a coast guard and this manga has been turned into Movies and Drama. *click here for the trailer*

Pangya Art Book!

Hi all!
As I said before, I am going to post something about the Pangya Art Book.

As you know by now (and if not click here)  Pangya made an Art Book for the 6th anniversary. Amazon.co.jp sells the book, but to ship the book to the EU isn't cheap. So the hopes I had of getting that book were gone. Untill one day (I didnt even have a choice) I needed to put my shoe next to the fireplace. Why? Its something they do in The Netherlands. Something like Christmas, but different. Its an old guy with helpers(See? Just like Christmas) but they come from Spain. This guy is called Sint Nicolas(or Sinterklaas in Dutch). The 5th of December is his birthday and on his birthday he goes all across the country to give children presents by throwing it down in the chimney. Before the 5th of December you're allowed to put your shoe next to the fireplace and sing a song, in the hope he'll give you a present. Unlike Christmas, the Shoe next to the Fireplace thing is mostly for young childern, so I thought it was weird when I was allowed to put my shoe next to the fireplace. Well, this being said I woke up the next day, and went downstairs to look what I got in my little shoe..
THE PANGYA ART BOOK! WHEE!!

I got the Pangya Art Book! So I scanned a few pages (about 15 of the 107) and I got something extra to show at the end as well..
Lets start!

(sorry for the lame scan job, I'm bad at scanning, lol)

This book is wonderful! If you love Pangya you'll LOVE this book! 

The book starts with the Pangya Story in Japanese(the whole book is in Japanese, lol). 

Then a few pictures like the one with Nell, Brie and Tiki. After that we get the all of the Characters, starting with Nell. I lol'd at how many pages Lucia got, 7 pages for Lucia and just 1 for all the Male Characters!

After the PC Characters you get the PC caddies and the Pangya X ''??'' Section where you see the events Pangya Japan had. 

Then you get very beautiful pictures of Demon's Land, Eastern Vally, Lost Seaway and Ice Spa. After that the Pangya PSP characters and art, and after that Pangya Wii characters and art. 

At the end you have interviews and a few pages about SeeD.. (T.T)

I am very happy with this book and i'm going still going to enjoy it years after Pangya closes!!

Its a Transparent Papel with the Pangya Art Book in him!

Black friday and Azer's B-day.

Hi all!
Its been a while, busy with school and stuff..
And when you dont check the news for a while, you'll miss stuff.. So this will be a post about the Black Friday Sales and the unannounced Azer B-day.



So, Black Firday sales are here, a 12 hour sale only. Last year the sale were the PJ's sets. This year, the same! I'm not so excited about it, I already have Hana's and Arin's PJ and I dont really care for the rest(maybe i'll buy Kooh's PJ, but I dont have her wings or ears so I wont play with her anyway, lol).

I'm very tired, so i'll keep this post short.

I checked my mail just now, and saw I had the News Letter from Pangya JP. 3 things went through my mind :

2) Should I post this now? Or wait a little?
3) WTH? IT'S MONDAY TODAY!
(the mail usually arrives on thuesday)

Well, I guess you guys know what the new Gacha set is gonna be..

Oh, also, you cant win the new club set in one go, there are 2 things you need to do before you can win them:

1) Win all sets, (Nell, Hana, Kooh, Lucia and Arin) Then you can win the clubset
OR
2) When used 50 tickets + you can win the clubset.

This is a pain in the @ss. Why? Because the Japanese Gacha's rate decreases on the number of sets you win. Something like this :
2 Tries, Hana set.
4 Tries later(6 total) Kooh set.
8 Tries later (14 total) Lucia set, etc. (This is a random number)

Guess I wont be going for that club set then..

Pangya Concert, Feat. Azer and Max

Hi all,
I check Pangya Korea from time to time, and they never have something fun to update about. Pangya JP usually gets it before they do, but not this time..



Its Korea's new scratchy card item! (Gacha for JP and Global).
New sets for the girls and a new club set.

I think Pangya Japan will get this set next week, and if thats the case then it can only mean one thing..
HANA DIDN'T GET HER HALLOWEEN SET!
I think thats rather sad.. (dont forget Cecilia, Nuri, Kaz and Arin!)
But, this is a nice set indeed, I dont know if I'm gonna to win this set, I really want to but I dont have the money atm, lol.

Oh, and why Feat. Azer and Max?
I have NO idea what so ever. It says Feat. Azer and Max but they're nowhere to be found on the picture!

Oh, and our little trap finaly gets to play the Violin~

Okay, now something I think is rather weird..
Halloween has ended.. but they still keep the Pangya Halloween set going for an other week! Thanks giving is on our door step so I would guess the last set of Halloween sets (Hana, Cecilia, Arin, Kaz and Nuri) then Thanks giving events! But no, I guess Pangya Japan still wants us to be in a spooky mood!

so, I guess you guys red the news already? If not, here's the reminder :

Greetings Pangya Players!
We are happy to announce that from now on, European players will join us on Pangya Island! By the end of December, Galaxy-Games will no longer be servicing the European version of Pangya, and we’d like to bring this opportunity to invite the European Pangya players into our region to enjoy the newest content and features.

There's not alot to do or say about this.

Pangya EU is closing and that is very, very sad. First GOA goes down, then Galxy Games takes over, all the EU players happy. Now Galxy Games shuts down and Pangya USA opens their arms to the EU players by transferring their accounts. This should be great news (not that the sever is closing, the transfer) but not a great as it should be..

In order to accommodate all European players that will be transferring from Galaxy Games, we have exhausted every available resource to gather pertinent Pangya Account information. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to transfer: Items, Rank, Pang, Cookies and Play Records from Galaxy Games.

Of course I understand that items can not be transfered, but rank? Come on guys, alot of players worked hard on that. 

Yes, sad but atleast they dont let you start of with nothing, 5 papel anni boxes and 20k Pang. You can even get scrachty cards. I know this isnt much but its better than nothing. 

So..

Now, for something TOTALLY different.


Yeah yeah, I know this is old news. Even so I would like to shed some light on the situation.
Everyone(almost everyone) is angry about the Tea Time idea for this cup.
''ITS SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN TEA TIME!'' Says an angry player.
Yes, you are right Angry Player, but what if I told you that the number 5 winners of the last 5 tours go to the finals straight away? Would you be less angry?

A word of GM Loki :


The Qualifier and Semi-Final can almost be considered a "satellite" tournament in order to earn your seat at the main event against our prior stars.  Since we do run tournaments in our version, we have a pretty good idea based on previous results of which players are exceptionally skilled at Pangya.  We could field a team based on prior tournament results alone, but we would also like to open the field of play to the entire community because a lot can happen in-between tournaments in terms of players practicing more and getting more competitive.  So while we want to make sure that the players who have proven they're the best in the past get the opportunity to defend their titles, you know, we don't want them "running unopposed".
That's what the Qualifier (and Semi-Final) is for: if you haven't been putting up the "big numbers" in our prior tournaments for whatever reason, no problem, this is your time to shine and let us know that we can't make this call based on what happened in the past.


We've had 5 tours(4 with real winners, the other one was a team win) and we've seen who won those tours, they have the Golden Duo's to prove it. They're going right to the finals, all they have to do is get in the top 4 to be taking to Japan. So, now we know that those top 5 winners with their Golden Duo's wont get lagged behind in the first round.





I dont like the Tea Time idea, but i'm not as mad as before.
